Terms of Service
Effective June 2, 2026
By installing or using Battle Sudoku (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
1.The app
Battle Sudoku is published by CrossCloudPartners. The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content.
2.Your account
You must provide a valid email at sign-up and you are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Do not share your account with others.
3.Acceptable use
- Play fair. Do not exploit bugs, cheat or use unauthorised clients.
- Do not harass other players, send unwanted messages or post offensive content (display names, avatars, uploaded wallpapers).
- We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
4.User content
You retain ownership of the photos and display names you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display them inside the app for the purpose of providing the service.
5.Subscriptions and purchases
The app is currently free. If we introduce paid features, payment is handled by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
6.Service availability
We work hard to keep Battle mode online, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may take the service down for maintenance.
7.Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of <YOUR JURISDICTION> without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
